The Product Marketing Director will define positioning, lead go-to-market strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to showcase the value of Fireblocks’ offerings in the banking sector.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and execute precision GTM strategies for new and existing solutions, driving pipeline growth, adoption, and revenue
- Become an Expert: Maintain competitive and market trend expertise for your dedicated verticals and product areas. To do this you will work closely with the competitive and research team, maintain an always-learning mentality, and attend events as needed and desired
- Craft Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear, compelling, and competitive value propositions that speak to organizations across the financial ecosystem
- Lead Product Launches: Develop strategies to bring new products and capabilities to market with precision and impact
- Create Best-in-Class Content: Produce solution briefs, case studies, presentations, videos, and whitepapers that elevate awareness and educate the market
- Enable Global Sales Teams: Develop nuanced content and enablement strategies tailored for regions, buyer personas, and use cases
- Measure & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, monitor adoption metrics, and refine strategies for continuous market impact
- Influence the Product Roadmap: Refine customer insights, track competitive trends, and engage closely with Product teams to influence innovation
- Thought Leadership: Represent Fireblocks at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and customer engagements
- Navigate Banking & Regulatory Complexity: Have deep fluency in banking operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks (licensing, AML/KYC, cross-border regulations) to position Fireblocks as the infrastructure partner that understands financial institution needs
- Speak the Language of Traditional Finance: Translate blockchain capabilities into banking outcomes—operational efficiency, risk management, treasury optimization, correspondent banking alternatives—that resonate with key personas at banks and FIs
- Build Strategic Banking Partnerships: Develop messaging and positioning strategies that support partnership development with banks and financial institutions, including co-marketing initiatives and joint value propositions
- Champion Digital Asset Banking Use Cases: Drive market education and thought leadership around banking-specific applications—stablecoin settlement, tokenized deposits, cross-border payments, and treasury management—positioning Fireblocks at the center of financial infrastructure evolution
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Marketing experience with a focus on fintech or blockchain-related technologies
- Industry Storytelling: exceptional ability to simplify and elevate messaging for complex platforms within a highly dynamic ecosystem
- Market Knowledge: experience and interest in cryptocurrency, digital assets, and the blockchains powering global financial transformation
- Strategic & Tactical Agility: entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving results through innovative strategies and flawless execution
- Cross-Functional Influence: proven ability to align Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver GTM excellence
