Regional Account Manager – Hematology, Nephrology, Transplantation

Role Overview

• Communicate using persuasion and influence to promote disease awareness and faster diagnosis
• Utilize insights and analytics to tailor customer plans
• Develop and execute strategic plans for customers and key accounts
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Translate national strategy into prioritized actions
• Elevate the culture of the HNT team by sharing best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc preferred, B.A.)
• At least 5 years experience in field-based sales and account management roles
• Experience in Hematology, Nephrology, Rare Diseases, specialized care, transplantation is highly appreciated
• Growth mindset to innovate and embrace change
• Analytic and results-driven with strong business and scientific acumen
• Documented track record of delivering exceptional sales results
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to travel within territory regularly, including frequent overnight and weekend travel (up to 50%)
