About this role

Participate in the deployment of SAP S/4HANA currently under roll out in the Horse Powertrain Group
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement complex projects and integrations
Support the deployment of Kairos Project and acceleration of usage of AI within Finance
Automate and innovate across the finance spectrum
Ensure the design and effectiveness of systems, processes, and controls
Lead change management initiatives and ensure that changes are sustainable in the long term
Develop training to finance staff on new processes and systems
Collaborate with the wider finance team and other stakeholders
Communicate project updates to executive management and to the whole finance function

Proven track record in a finance transformation role and project management
Knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and other financial technologies
Outstanding communication, digital innovation and business transformation skills
Strong understanding of best-in-class finance processes and advanced financial modeling skills
Excellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish, or French would be an advantage
