About this role
Role Overview
Own the promotional roadmap and calendar of all YSI brands by developing, orchestrating the execution of the weekly and monthly promotional plan.
Determine and allocate monthly onsite promotional budget in an optimal way.
OKR setting and KPI monitoring for your team.
Lead brainstorming and facilitate the ideation of exciting and engaging customer centric ATL, TTL and headline omnichannel campaigns.
Share roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring feedback is gathered and the appropriate teams are consulted.
Work closely with the Commercial Lead for the planning, monitoring and optimising the promotional pricing and reward strategy
while balancing reward costs.
Manage the wider team, encouraging a collaborative and empowering working environment, that enables career development.
Ownership of the brand style guide and ensuring all content is on brand and within company guidelines.
Continuously analysing the performance of promotional activity and reporting back to the business on learning.
Work closely with the CRM, Product and VIP teams to support regular and ad-hoc promotional activity in those departments.
Work with CRM team to define customer segmentation to ensure the customer is receiving the right offer, at the right time, through the right channel.
Responsible for developing ideas for new promotional mechanics and onboarding any third-party tools to support the business growth.
Accountable for ensuring our social media promotional activity is delivered relevant and timely by the social media manager.
Requirements
Strong creative skills with a flair for fun, engaging written and visual communication to support the vision and style of multiple brands.
Native English level (understanding of North American market a plus)
A proven background in marketing
Gaming industry experience an advantage but not essential (focus on Casino and/or Bingo preferred)
Highly organised and proactive with strong attention to detail a must
Able to work independently under tight deadlines
Data driven and commercially savvy
A strong sense of prioritisation and an enthusiastic, “can do” attitude
