About this role
Role Overview
Drive business development and sales activities across Europe
Identify, evaluate, recommend, and negotiate value-added development and manufacturing contracts
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve annual sales targets
Engage directly with prospective and existing clients and develop proposals that match target profiles
Lead the closing process for new opportunities and coordinate follow-up communication
Work closely with internal teams across sites to ensure effective execution of new projects
Contribute to regional marketing activities and provide market intelligence based on client interactions
Requirements
Proven success in Business Development or Sales, preferably within the CMO/CDMO industry, with 5–8+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written, verbal, and presentation-driven communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience and context
An established network within the biopharmaceutical sector is preferred
Willingness to travel globally to AGC Biologics sites and client locations, approximately 50% of the time
