Define and execute the global CRM strategy across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, nurturing, retention, repeat purchase, and loyalty.
Design customer journeys that strengthen engagement with the brand and increase long-term customer value.
Segment and activate the customer base to deliver relevant and personalized experiences.
Plan and execute CRM campaigns across email and SMS.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing
Experience working with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms
Background in DTC brands, ecommerce, or premium consumer products
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation flows, and lifecycle marketing
