This role sits at the heart of our Commercial team and blends high-performance sales with strategic customer relationship development.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects and building a pipeline through to closing bookings, developing relationships, and executing post-event follow-up.
Identify and research high-quality prospects across relevant sectors, job titles, and organisations.
Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging, segment audiences, and support campaign targeting for maximum sales impact.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to support forecasting, reporting, and pipeline growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in delegate sales, inside sales, or customer engagement, ideally in B2B events or conferences.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level professionals.
Comfortable working to outreach, conversion, and revenue targets.
Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools (HubSpot desirable).
Organised, proactive, commercially minded, and customer focused.
