You answer email inquiries about our videos, podcast, and membership program.
You support and assist our community on Discord and in weekly Zoom calls for German learners.
You help publish content on our social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), moderate comments and messages, and ensure a positive, respectful community atmosphere.
You contribute to creating video transcripts.
You keep the team informed about developments in the community and assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements
You enjoy supporting people learning German and feel comfortable communicating online and moderating calls.
You have German language skills at C2 level or higher, both written and spoken, and you are fluent in English.
You are creative, social-media-savvy, and quick to learn new tools; previous experience in community management or customer support is a plus.
Ideally, you are studying in a language-related field (e.g., German Studies, German as a Foreign Language, Linguistics) or in Communication/Social Media Management.
You work in a structured and self-organized way – including remotely – and as a registered student you can commit to approximately 10 hours per week (including weekend work).
