Role Overview
- Own revenue growth within the territory by developing, activating, and expanding high-value healthcare referral partnerships
- Generate qualified client referrals that convert into active service agreements
- Coordinate and manage business development within a defined geographic area
- Monitor territory performance metrics and proactively adjust outreach strategy to maximize referral yield and revenue impact
- Establish and deepen partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community agencies
- Conduct high-value meetings and presentations tailored to specific audiences
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation of all business development activity
Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience in business development
- Healthcare, senior services, or community-based experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in territory growth and revenue expansion
- Strong consultative skills within professional environments
- Excellent relationship building and presentation skills
- Experience managing pipeline through CRM systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
