About this role
Role Overview
Support in building and structuring the Knowledge Base and user documentation
Create help-center articles, guides and tutorials for our users
Process and analyze support requests via our ticketing system (Zendesk)
Identify frequent support questions to derive new documentation articles
Document customer feedback and pass on relevant product requirements to our product team
Support onboarding projects for new customers
Opportunity to take ownership of small documentation or process projects and contribute to the further development of Customer Success processes
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program that includes a compulsory internship
Interest in digital products, software or SaaS platforms
Structured, careful and independent way of working
Enjoy explaining complex content in a clear and accessible way
Clear and solution-oriented communication
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Ideally some initial exposure to: user documentation or knowledge bases (e.g. GitBook)
Ticketing systems or support processes (e.g. Zendesk)
