Use GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo ) for reservations, changes, and ticketing.
Operate corporate booking tools and CRM systems accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all bookings comply with corporate travel policies and best‑practice standards.
Manage ticketing deadlines, fare rules, reissues, refunds, and credits.
Provide accurate invoicing and documentation for each booking.
Ensure compliance with duty‑of‑care, travel policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline rules, hotel programs, and travel supplier offerings.

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a corporate travel consultant/agent.
Advanced GDS proficiency (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo essential).
Strong understanding of airline fare structures, reissue processes, and ticketing rules.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex itineraries and high‑volume corporate travel.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with strong organisational discipline.
Calm under pressure and capable of delivering solutions quickly.
Knowledge of global travel requirements (visas, baggage, entry rules, etc.).
