Act on behalf of the client (maître d’ouvrage) on technical control assignments for construction projects
Manage the technical aspects of construction projects from design through to project handover (structural integrity, fire safety, accessibility for persons with disabilities, acoustics, thermal performance)
Carry out project studies, plan analyses and on-site verifications
Prepare reports including your technical assessments and recommendations
Contribute to the development of new service offerings
Participate in the evolution of our procedures by taking part in working groups and testing new digital tools
Support our clients through all stages of their requirements and help build long-term relationships
Contribute to the commercial development of the agency
Requirements
Degree in Engineering specialized in Building/Construction or Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sector
Agile, responsive and rigorous profile (m/f)
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to contribute to the development of our agency
Valid driving licence (Category B)
