About this role
Role Overview
Provide desktop or remote level support services in Microsoft Windows-based network environments
Problem resolution and deploying IT solutions
Work as part of a team based in Wallingford CT
Providing remote and onsite services to clients throughout the northeast
Handle customer issues and ensure superb customer experience
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Windows service roles
Microsoft and Comptia certifications are preferable
Proficient with Windows desktop operating systems
Experience with Windows Server environments and Microsoft 365 platform
Knowledge of Google Workspace, Cisco, and HP solutions are helpful
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to advance technical skills
High school diploma required
Higher level degree and/or certs desired
