Role Overview

Requirements
- Experience in managing adult social care services
- Strong operational leadership skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and strengths-based approaches
- Ability to oversee complex decision-making and discharge planning
- Effective relationship building with clinical teams and community services
- Experience in performance management and quality assurance
- Professional ethics and legal framework knowledge
