Working Student – Paid Social

Role Overview

• Assist with the setup and optimization of performance campaigns across Paid Social, Display, and related channels
• Contribute to the creation of ad creatives optimized for each marketing channel, working closely with Content Production and Digital Designers
• Prepare and deliver campaign analyses and performance reports for internal teams
• Analyze customer needs, customer journeys, and evolving market requirements to independently derive targeted optimization measures for your campaigns

Requirements

• Some practical experience in online marketing, particularly with Meta and Pinterest advertising
• Strong analytical thinking, numerical literacy, and a structured, self-directed work style
• Excellent written and spoken English
