Role Overview
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of integrated campaigns
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, delivering insight-led solutions
- Develop creative and media briefs in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage budgets, forecasting, margins and project profitability
- Lead and motivate multidisciplinary agency teams
- Oversee creative production across TV, video, radio, print and digital
- Present confidently to senior client stakeholders
- Contribute to new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ agency experience
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
- Solid understanding of digital and media channels
- Experience managing budgets and client relationships
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
