Shape strategy: Develop and implement the strategic business plan for your partner portfolio.
Take full ownership of your partner portfolio, as you will be responsible for approximately 60–70% of revenue in the DACH region and thus for our most important key accounts.
Collaborate closely with the Director DACH, Southern Europe & International to further develop the market.
Drive partnerships: Build and maintain relationships at the executive level.
You are responsible for the commercial growth of our existing partners and conduct quarterly strategic business reviews with clear roadmaps for future opportunities.
Lead an online-coordinated team — including a Customer Success Manager and a Solutions Engineer — and jointly drive growth with our key partners.
Negotiate & win: Lead pricing and contract negotiations with partners and secure mutual value.
Ensure that all partner agreements are legally sound and comply with compliance requirements.
Monitor & optimize: Analyze CRM data, identify performance gaps early, and act proactively. Define and track relevant KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a comparable role
Proven track record in building and managing strategic partners
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Native-level German and very good English skills
High self-motivation, growth orientation, and a proactive work style
Willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region and to Rotterdam
