About this role
Role Overview
Assist in drafting and formatting Scopes of Work (SOWs) based on project briefs, maintaining timelines, and updating budgets, estimates, and expenses.
Monitor multiple inboxes, respond to inquiries with approved language, and flag time-sensitive messages for leadership.
Serve as a point of contact for vendor follow-ups, relaying specs and revisions between clients and fabricators.
Coordinate product orders and fulfillment, ensuring items are packed and shipped timely while tracking inventory movement.
Build structures for event preparation (POS, signage, props) and distribute event briefs to the appropriate teams.
Collect and analyze sales reports, track POS data and inventory movement, and assist with scheduling coordination for staff.
Maintain internal trackers for staffing and budgets, and help prepare proposals, vendor briefs, and client recaps.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in operations and administrative support is required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with professional email etiquette.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and inboxes.
Comfortable tracking budgets and organizing complex financial data.
Proven experience coordinating effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
