Lead or contribute to transformation projects related to business information systems
Support initiatives to optimize or outsource certain operational processes
Ensure planning and monitoring of project progress (scheduling, prioritization, coordination of activities)
Contribute to the preparation and coordination of tenders/RFPs for the selection of solutions or partners
Identify and monitor project risks, propose action plans and contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives
Manage budget tracking, reporting and project communications with stakeholders
Lead coordination meetings with business teams, IT and external partners
Support change management during the deployment of new tools or processes

Master’s degree (Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years’ project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech industry or another regulated environment
Proven mastery of project management methodologies and tools (planning, budget tracking, risk management, reporting)
Experience in projects involving information systems or organizational transformations
Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (business, IT, external partners)
Experience preparing or managing tenders/RFPs is a plus
Familiarity with regulated environments and validated IT systems is a plus
Good understanding of the Life Sciences environment
Knowledge of business processes related to the development or safety of healthcare products is appreciated
Excellent organizational skills and multi-project management
Proactive and self-driven
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly to management
Professional proficiency in French and English required.
