Role Overview
- Operational management of a global clinical trial
- Ensure the setup and conduct of a multi-continent study
- Manage and challenge CROs and external vendors
- Coordinate multi-country study initiations
- Ensure compliance with GCP and local regulations
- Provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Scientific degree (Master's level or Doctorate in Pharmacy)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in international clinical project management
- Proven experience managing CROs
- Strong knowledge of multi-country study start-up and launch processes
- Strong communication skills
- Cross-functional leadership
- High level of autonomy
- Fluent professional English required
