Management of new clients: You will be responsible for the proper onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth experience and compliance with our processes.
Invoicing and payment follow-up: You will be in charge of billing and monitoring client payments.
Administrative follow-up: You will maintain administrative oversight of our client base to ensure clients meet their obligations to the firm.
Collaboration with internal teams: You will work closely with the accounting and sales teams to ensure efficient sales management.
Requirements
Diploma equivalent to Bac+2 (e.g., two-year post-secondary diploma/associate degree) in management, administration, accounting, or equivalent.
Prior experience in sales administration is preferred, ideally in an accounting firm or a similar environment.
Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word) and commercial management/sales software.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, customer service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and the ability to work in a team.
