Support the team in daily customer support, operational follow-up, and administrative coordination related to the use of our SaaS platform.
Provide excellent customer experience, manage customer requests, maintain organized records, and support operational tasks for smooth daily operations.
Work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer support assistant, or administrative support assistant.
Experience working remotely in organized and structured environments.
Experience using customer management tools.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar.
Basic experience with administrative tracking, reporting, or operational coordination.
Basic to intermediate English for written communication.
