Lead discovery workshops to uncover client goals, pain points, and constraints
Analyse existing systems and architectures to identify opportunities for improvement
Design multiple solution options, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and benefits
Guide clients toward outcome-driven solutions, not just technology choices
Lead technical discovery for digital and software transformation initiatives
Support RFP/RFI and tender responses with architectural designs and delivery approaches
Own solution architecture across modern digital platforms, including: Custom application development API-first and integration-led architectures Data and analytics platforms Cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Produce architectural artefacts including HLDs, LLDs, and roadmaps
Ensure security, performance, scalability, and resilience are embedded in designs
Work closely with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Enable CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern deployment patterns
Provide architectural governance that balances speed with quality
Provide architectural leadership during delivery
Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients
Support optimisation, scaling, and roadmap development post-delivery

Proven experience as a Solutions Architect delivering digital and software development programmes
Strong experience leading technical discovery workshops
Ability to design multiple architecture options and communicate trade-offs
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern SDLC practices
Hands-on knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with microservices, containerisation, and modern cloud architectures
Strong client-facing communication skills
Consultancy or professional services experience (Desirable)
Experience working in multi-disciplinary Agile teams (engineering, UX, QA, product) (Desirable)
Relevant Cloud / Architecture / DevOps certifications (Desirable)
Exposure to AI or FinTech environments (Desirable)
