Backlog Management: Own, prioritize and refine the product backlog for multiple teams
Detailed Story Writing: Write exceptionally clear, concise, and detailed epic specs user stories and acceptance criteria for complex features
Technical Alignment: Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand technical constraints
Acceptance and Quality: Be the sole decision maker for accepting or rejecting product level enhancements
Agile Team Facilitation: Partner with engineers to define clear, achievable goals
Product Partnership: Work closely with Product Managers to understand strategy and bring enhancements to life from the ground up

6-10 years of dedicated experience as a Product Owner in a fast-paced, high-execution environment
Master-level understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum principles
Exceptional attention to detail in writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
Strong background or foundational knowledge in software development processes, system integrations, and data flows
Proven ability to communicate technical details and complex trade-offs clearly and precisely to engineering teams
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is highly preferred.
