About this role
Role Overview
Provide support to Sage 200 customers
Respond promptly to technical issues
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat
Provide context-specific advice to customers
Follow guidelines for case management
Maintain records of customer issues and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers
Stay updated on changes to relevant software
Requirements
A number of years of Sage 200 support experience
Proficient in SQL
Proven IT Support / Administration experience
Experience with Sage ISVs such as Draycir or Sicon would be advantageous
Excellent communication skills to deal with customers at all levels
Good problem-solver, self-motivated and organised
