Role Overview
- Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Influence value-driven backlog by engaging with stakeholders across multiple group functions
- Shape and prioritise the backlog and work with technical leads
- Communicate product goals and priorities to team members
- Participate in architecture discussions and peer reviews
- Review and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support on product launches
- Gather user feedback, oversee UAT, and implement improvements
Requirements
- Strong experience in product management or solution delivery
- Demonstrable understanding of AI technologies and trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects
