Manage end-to-end procurement processes for construction-related goods and services across Submer’s data center projects.
Source qualified suppliers and contractors for structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting and technology-related scopes along with administrative purchase if any.
Prepare, evaluate bids and lead commercial negotiations in coordination with project stakeholders.
Develop and maintain procurement schedules aligned with project delivery timelines.
Ensure compliance with cost, quality, and sustainability targets throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Monitor vendor performance, track deliveries, and manage supplier relationships to ensure accountability.
Work closely with finance, engineering, and construction teams to optimize budgets and cost control.
Support the implementation of digital procurement tools and platforms for streamlined operations.
Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, and procurement reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in construction or infrastructure procurement (datacenter project experience is a strong plus).
Knowledge of procurement regulations, contracting strategies, and construction industry supply chains.
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills.
Experience with procurement tools.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Fluent in English and experience in a global environment is required.
