Responsible for nationwide acquisition of OEM workshops and managing the entire procurement process — from requirements analysis and strategy development to operational implementation
Act as a sparring partner for internal teams and suppliers to optimize structures, quality and costs
Plan and conduct customer meetings
Carry out comprehensive requirements, market and competitor analyses as well as audit‑proof tendering processes
Obtain, evaluate and validate offers
Independently prepare and conduct complex pricing, compensation and contract negotiations
Ensure compliance with Compliance and GRC requirements prior to onboarding new suppliers
Strategic supplier management including annual planning, performance reviews and support for projects and supplier days
Identify optimization potential — beyond own area of responsibility
Requirements
Degree in business administration or commercial vocational training with relevant professional experience
At least 3–5 years' experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on negotiations
Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
Enjoy taking responsibility, driving initiatives and creating hands‑on solutions
Confident presence, strong communication skills and professional presentation ability
Very good German and good English skills
