You will be part of the Product Sales & Marketing Team and own the end-to-end delivery of new Modular Power POD products and major releases.
Translate product intent into executable delivery plans across engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls), industrialization, quality and supply chain.
Drive day-to-day execution to ensure key milestones are met from design freeze through certification, industrialization and launch.
Ensure agreed product scope, features and performance targets are delivered as defined by Product.
Provide clear, concise project status reports to leadership on milestones, risks/issues, budget status, upcoming decisions.

Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services/MEP Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
7+ years in project or program management for complex MEP, datacenter, or industrial power/cooling hardware development projects.
Proven track record delivering multi-disciplinary engineering projects (mechanical + electrical + controls) on time and on budget.
Experience working with industrialization/manufacturing and supply chain on prefabricated or containerized solutions (plants, power modules, cooling containers, micro-DCs).
