About this role

Leading the design and development of the services that power tombola’s promotional mechanics and CRM capabilities
Playing a key role in moving our promotional systems towards a microservices based architecture
Taking ownership of complex pieces of work from idea through to delivery
Working closely with developers, product and platform teams to shape solutions and outcomes
Supporting and mentoring other developers through collaboration, pairing and knowledge sharing
Contributing to technical discussions and helping influence how we build and evolve our platform

Strong, proven experience with C# and .NET
Good understanding of both front end and back end development
Experience working with JavaScript, Terraform and cloud based technologies
Confidence taking ownership of technical decisions and explaining your thinking clearly
A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to support others in the team
A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
