Role Overview
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Supply Chain team.
- Enter and maintain accurate data within internal systems (Quantum).
- Support engine teardown projects.
- Assist with sourcing pricing, availability and condition information for components.
- Help prepare valuations and support product line analysis.
- Assist with monthly reporting and data analysis.
- Evaluate purchasing needs and execute purchasing strategies to meet product line budgets.
- Assist in setting fair market values for components, aligning with market changes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to inventory levels, supply chain disruptions, or market fluctuations affecting the product line.
- Support modification reviews to help maximise the value and usability of inventory.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, vendors and internal teams.
- Support repair vendor executives with expediting repair orders as required.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering or similar
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
- A positive, team-focused mindset
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- No prior aviation experience is required, but an interest in the aviation industry would be advantageous.
