You are responsible for our entire supply chain – from procurement through Order-to-Cash to returns – keeping all threads together.
You build strong relationships with manufacturers, logistics partners and service providers, continuously develop them and manage supplier performance using clear KPIs.
You own our ERP system (Weclapp) and continuously improve it so that we become better and more efficient every day: from mapping processes and automation to ensuring high data quality – creating the foundation for scalable operations structures.
You conduct analyses, e.g. of our fulfillment costs, prepare clear, fact-based recommendations for action, and implement improvements together with internal or external stakeholders.
You identify strategic development needs for our reusable system and implement scalable solutions hands-on.
You support cross-functional projects in the areas of supply chain, process development and optimization, or system architecture.
You build strong interfaces with teams such as Customer Support, Key Account, Finance and Business Development, ensuring smooth communication and cross-functional collaboration.

You have several years of professional experience in this role profile or similar areas (Operations / Supply Chain / Procurement).
You are strong with data, analysis and systems – you have worked with ERP systems (e.g. Weclapp) and have been responsible for projects to implement, optimize or extend an ERP system.
You enjoy improving structures and processes and increasing data quality.
You can quickly grasp complex relationships and translate them into efficient workflows.
You are a strong communicator, can bring different stakeholders together and persuade through clear, solution-oriented collaboration.
You work independently, pragmatically and carefully without losing sight of strategic context.
You have German language skills (at least C1, business fluent in spoken and written).
Nice to have: experience with contracts with external service providers and suppliers, strong negotiation experience, experience with Weclapp, project management experience in operational or system-related projects, knowledge of quality management standards or certifications, experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
