Role Overview
- Support the Brazil Country Manager in driving trading volume and user growth
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, UI, Marketing, Branding) to execute local initiatives effectively
- Act as the key liaison between HQ and local teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and key stakeholders
- Track Brazil market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Requirements
- Based in Brazil long-term (São Paulo preferred)
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Background in Finance, Web3, Fintech, E-commerce, Technology, or International Chinese companies preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates ambition, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong commitment to career growth in Brazil
