Have experience in a similar role 2+ years with prior experience working in an Ed Tech
A true fan of education, know teaching techniques beyond the "Learning How to Learn" book
You are a content nerd: you love seeking out inconsistencies in the content and fixing them
Have excellent communication skills: convey ideas clearly in writing and verbally, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ready to step into our students' shoes by immersing yourself in the learning process
Know how to present complex material to beginners
Will act as an advocate for the instructional approach, helping teams communicate our standards to students
Bring a strong understanding of the Polish education market, including best practices, learning culture, and labor market trends—ideally within IT
Have upper-intermediate English and native Polish
