About this role
Role Overview
- Portfolio & Market Development
- You are responsible for the Patient Care product portfolio (e.g. moisture management, oral care, repositioning, waterless washing, catheter fixation)
- Market Knowledge & Product Positioning
- You know your market: stakeholders, processes, trends, competitors
- You derive concrete measures from this to create maximum customer value
- Close collaboration with Sales & Division
- You support our sales team with strong product presentations and trials in the intensive care unit
- Together with Marketing and HQ you develop compelling materials and initiatives
- Science & Events
- You represent Medline at workshops, events and professional conferences — confidently and competently
- You have a firm command of compliance and MedTech regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Degree in a commercial or life‑science field or completed clinical training
- Experience in nursing, ideally in an intensive care unit
- Enjoy presenting, persuading and inspiring people
- Able to organise yourself, make decisions and willingly take on responsibility
- Confident command of German & English
- Proficient with MS Office, CRM & analysis tools and willing to travel (approx. 60%, focus Germany)
