Leadership and management of the Territories and Inclusion Department
Develop and implement the deployment strategy
Cross-functional contributions and product evolution
Directly manage the two project managers and coordinate the team, which includes two additional partnership officers supervised by the project managers
Define the development, targeting and outreach strategy for new partners
Identify key partnerships, lead complex projects, and drive the department's strategic initiatives
Contribute to the product roadmap and feature development strategy
Requirements
You hold at least a Master's degree (university, grande école, Sciences Po, business school, etc.)
Minimum 4 years' experience in consulting for local authorities or working within a public authority, ideally on digital inclusion projects
Commitment to public-interest projects and motivation to contribute to their impact
Operational mindset, action-oriented, team player, ability to manage multiple cross-cutting projects simultaneously
Creativity, curiosity, initiative, and good listening skills
High degree of autonomy, strong teamwork skills and adaptability
Excellent interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders
Good command of transversal digital skills (equivalent to Pix levels 4–5)
Knowledge of local government structures
Familiarity with training and digital inclusion programs run by departments and regions to support jobseekers
Ability to support partners, understand their needs and build tailored solutions
Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders and working with diverse profiles
Proven initial experience in team supervision
Strong writing skills: synthesis ability, adaptation to varied audiences, and excellent spelling/grammar
Experience facilitating and leading meetings, ability to build consensus, drive action plans, and ensure cost, time and quality targets are met
