Manage the full sales cycle, from generating business opportunities to account follow-up and ensuring successful collaborations.
Work closely with clients to recommend appropriate products/services and build long-term relationships.
Run outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls) to attract new leads.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to support the sales process.
Proactively suggest and implement innovative approaches to prospect and acquire new customers.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience, ideally in B2B sales.
Experience managing multiple territories or regions concurrently.
Proven track record of closing deals and handling objections.
Ability to manage a deal from prospecting through to contract signing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills: able to deliver compelling demonstrations and negotiate confidently.
Proactive: able to take ownership of significant responsibilities and drive initiatives forward.
Self-sufficient and adaptable: comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and associated sales tools.
