Working alongside your experienced team, you ensure that we can provide our workshop customers with technical support for their requests.
You will support our workshop customers with questions about diagnostics and repairs for cars and commercial vehicles from all major manufacturers.
You will handle technical customer inquiries by phone, email, and through the ticket system.
You will independently and competently analyze inquiries and problems and coordinate their resolution in dialogue with customers.
You will document inquiries in the ticket system and work on its continuous maintenance and further development.
Continuous training is a matter of course for you to stay up to date with the latest technology.
Requirements
You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, master craftsman, or service technician and have several years of experience in an automotive workshop.
You have excellent automotive diagnostic skills and experience with various vehicle brands.
You are friendly, open-minded, and service-oriented. The customer is your top priority.
With your quick comprehension and strong quality awareness, you work diligently and independently.
You enjoy working in a team, are flexible, committed, and able to work under pressure.
You have strong communication skills with fluent German and good English (B2) or higher, optionally Spanish.
