About this role
Role Overview
- Independently drive new customer acquisition (outbound sales)
- Identify, research, and qualify leads
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitals and medical practices
- Conduct sales conversations and presentations
- Independently conduct product demos
- Manage proposal and contract negotiations
- Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing
- Maintain and manage the pipeline in the CRM system
- Help shape and optimize our sales processes
Requirements
- Some relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Enthusiasm for active sales and direct customer contact
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
- High motivation, ownership mentality, and a startup mindset
- Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
- Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
- Nice to have: experience in SaaS or software sales
- Knowledge of the healthcare or hospital market
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho
