About this role
Role Overview
Independently drive new customer acquisition (outbound sales)
Identify, research, and qualify leads
Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in hospitals and medical practices
Conduct sales conversations and presentations
Independently conduct product demos
Manage proposal and contract negotiations
Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing
Maintain and manage the pipeline in the CRM system
Help shape and optimize our sales processes
Requirements
Some relevant experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
Enthusiasm for active sales and direct customer contact
Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills
Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style
High motivation, ownership mentality, and a startup mindset
Interest in healthcare and digital solutions
Very good German language skills; English skills are a plus
Nice to have: experience in SaaS or software sales
Knowledge of the healthcare or hospital market
Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho
