About this role
Role Overview
Driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening leadership position within the property technology sector
Leading a high-performing sales team while carrying own strategic sales target
Conducting performance reviews, providing coaching and mentoring
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive sustainable revenue growth
Identifying and prioritizing key market segments and enterprise opportunities
Engaging in strategic sales activity including prospecting, negotiation and closing deals
Analyzing and optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency
Partnering with Marketing, Product and Customer Success to align commercial strategy with customer needs
Requirements
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS technology sales
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding ambitious targets
Demonstrable experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
Strong executive presence and credibility at C-suite level
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
Confidence and credibility to represent the business publicly at industry events and conferences
A proactive, resilient and growth-oriented attitude
Property / PropTech experience is advantageous, but not essential.
