Occasionally deliver product demos to help clients understand relevant use cases, capabilities, and value of the platform.
Support clients during testing and evaluation phases by helping them understand system behavior, configuration options, and expected outcomes.
Explain integration approaches, requirements, and workflows, and ensure a smooth handover to Solution Architects for technical implementation.
Act as a trusted point of contact during the decision-making phase.
Requirements
Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts, including transaction monitoring, crypto compliance and Travel Rule requirements.
Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions, including reviewing APIs, supporting testing and evaluation phases, and collaborating with client technical teams prior to implementation handover.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical and regulatory topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardized requirements template.
Confident managing multiple prospects in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and progressing opportunities toward closure.
