Engage with clients via chat and calls to understand their business context.
Collect, clarify, and validate business and technical requirements.
Occasionally deliver product demos to help clients understand relevant use cases.
Explain integration approaches, requirements, and workflows.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Product, and Compliance teams to share client feedback.

Familiarity with AML and financial crime prevention concepts, including transaction monitoring, crypto compliance and Travel Rule requirements.
Comfortable engaging in pre-sales technical discussions, including reviewing APIs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements using a standardised template.
Confident managing multiple prospects in parallel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
