About this role
Role Overview
Own and independently manage a portfolio of small customers (company size: 50–200 employees)
Main point of contact for your assigned accounts across the entire customer lifecycle from contract signing onwards
Conduct structured onboarding and support customers during the launch phase and long-term through regular check-ins
Around 80% of your time spent in direct customer contact (video meetings, emails)
Ensure active usage of the platform and proactively identify risks
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Work in a process-driven way with clear documentation in the CRM and use templates and automations
Close collaboration with CSM, Sales and Support and provide structured feedback to the company
Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, Project Management or similar)
Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for building long-term relationships
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Clear, structured communication — both written and verbal
Confident use of digital tools (CRM systems, video calls, SaaS platforms)
Structured, independent working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Fluent in German and English
