You will map current offline operational workflows and identify solutions to resolve bottlenecks.
You will develop clear documentation process maps for Offline post-sale processes.
You will build reports that visualize trends, root causes, and performance against SLAs using datasets from our CRM platform.
You will support stakeholders across the Offline sales channel with operational queries.

Must-Haves
You are currently studying Business, Operations, Data/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
You have proficiency with Excel.
You have basic CRM literacy.
You have strong analytical thinking: can frame problems, form hypotheses, and validate with data.
You have clear communication: charts, concise write-ups, and stakeholder-friendly presentations.
You have the drive and ambition to learn. Even if you do not have all the skillsets listed above, you are a self-starter.
Nice-to-Haves:
You have experience with Sprinklr (reports, dashboards, SOQL/Power Query).
You are familiar with process mapping (swimlanes).
You have an understanding of CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, CES) and service operations metrics (AHT, FCR, backlog, SLA adherence).
