You will be the in-house specialist for Fin, Intercom’s AI.
You will develop this AI in accordance with Intercom’s recommendations.
You will analyze each new feature and assess its relevance for Dougs.
You will secure each production release and ensure the system you implement is robust.
You will identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the business teams.
You will deploy Fin across all customer communications.
You will optimize our workflows and processes in close collaboration with the business units.
You will build the dashboards and reporting needed to measure Fin’s performance.

Engineering or business school degree with 3 years of experience, ideally in a startup (Tech or Ops)
Curiosity: You enjoy discovering and understanding complex business challenges.
Pragmatism: You are motivated by process optimization and can adapt to changing priorities.
Rigor: You test, document, and leave nothing to chance.
Tech interest: You have a genuine enthusiasm for tools (SaaS, APIs, LLMs), enjoy exploring and testing them, and pushing them to their full potential.
