Senior Product Designer

Role Overview

• Lead end-to-end design within your product area, from discovery to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and validate solutions.
• Design clear, effective solutions for complex workflows using appropriate levels of fidelity.
• Plan and conduct research, incorporating insights and data into continuous product improvements.
• Contribute to the Design System and leverage emerging tools (including AI) to enhance design processes.

Requirements

• More than 5 years experience within fintech, SaaS or a startup environment.
• Strong craft with big picture thinking.
• Experience working in an agile, cross-functional product team.
• Comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong system thinking and the ability to design complex workflows and data-rich interfaces.
• Must be fluent in English.
