Shape product direction: Contribute to the product vision and roadmap based on user needs, business goals, and learning.
Turn problems into requirements: Work with users and stakeholders to understand problems worth solving and translate them into clear, well-defined product requirements.
Align cross-functional teams towards the product vision: Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define scope, set priorities, and ensure projects deliver value as planned.
Ensure customer value: Partner with account managers and commercial teams to ensure intended value is perceived by users and realized in practice.
Validate and improve deliveries: Use feedback, usage data, and product analytics to ensure solutions solve real customer problems and continuously improve.
Enable and support stakeholders: Prepare product materials, lead trainings and presentations, and act as the go-to product contact for internal teams and users.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or other relevant field
2+ year of experience with Product Management, Project Management, Product Implementation or similar
Outstanding communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences
Strong organizational skills
Affinity for working with business workflows and systems
Deep interest in and care for software products and how they’re built
Good track record of delivering product.
