About this role
Role Overview
Provide Level 2 (L2) functional and technical support to users, with strong expertise in SQL.
Handle business-related incidents.
Analyze, qualify and resolve incidents, from initial diagnosis to the implementation of durable solutions.
Explain solutions and procedures to users and assist them in adopting business applications.
Oversee processing (interfaces, batch jobs, imports/exports).
Contribute to documentation, enrichment of the knowledge base and support best practices.
Collaborate with technical teams, IT delivery teams (MOE) and support engineers on major or cross-functional incidents.
Requirements
Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent.
Proven initial experience in application support / technical-functional support.
Advanced SQL proficiency, able to write complex queries and analyze data.
Interest in business processes.
Meticulous, methodical and curious.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented and able to communicate with a variety of business profiles.
Ability to simplify technical topics and build trust with users.
