Proven experience in growth product management or a data-driven product role.
Experience with A/B testing and user journey optimization.
Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in analytics tools.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and their impact on user behavior.
A proactive, self-driven approach with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
