Role Overview
- Analyze and optimize business processes
- Find simple, actionable solutions to complex challenges
- Own projects from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and objectives
- Collaborate with developers to support new and existing systems
- Ensure process-related questions are clarified and provide reporting to stakeholders
- Support change initiatives and train colleagues on new systems and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable role (e.g., Business Analyst, Scrum Master or Product Owner)
- Experience in requirements engineering, process mapping or process optimization
- Practical experience in facilitating workshops and producing clear business requirements
- Good English skills (spoken and written) desirable
- Good German language skills are an advantage
- Experience in logistics, customs, supply chain management or warehouse operations is a plus
